Bookings

Booking Conditions:

All registrations are processed in order of receipt, places are limited and it is advisable to book early
The fee includes meals for the duration of the course (Accommodation is included for TGC, LNG, Storage and MGM courses).
All fees are current at the time of print; however, we reserve the right to change them.
On receipt of full payment, joining instructions will be issued prior to the course.
Upon receipt of this registration, your application form to attend this course is binding. Alphatania's cancellation policy is applicable thereafter.

Payment:

All completed bookings will be acknowledged and invoiced electronically
Payment must be made upon receipt of invoice and received no later than 20 working days prior to the course.
If payment has not been made 20 working days prior to the course, credit card details must be supplied as a guarantee of payment
On receipt of full payment, the booking will be confirmed and joining instructions will be issued prior to the course
Payment may be made by cheque, bank transfer or credit card (via website)
Please quote delegate's name and invoice number on all correspondence

Cancellation Fee:

A full refund less an administration fee of 20% will be given for cancellation requests received up to 20 working days before the event. Cancellations must be made in writing (letter or fax) and reach this office before the 20 working days deadline.
Delegates who cancel less than 20 working days before the event, or who don't attend, are liable to pay the full course fee and no refunds can be given. Of course a replacement is always welcome at no extra cost.

Data Protection

The personal information provided by you will be held on a database and may be shared with the Gas Strategies Group Limited. Sometimes your details may be made available to external companies for marketing purposes. We may export personal data to jurisdictions which do not offer the same level of protection for personal data as the European Union. Force Majeure

The organisers shall not be liable for any failure to provide services if this has been caused by reason of Force Majeure, which shall mean circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the organiser so affected, including, but not limited to illnesses, death or resignation of personnel, Acts of God, Acts of War or Terrorism, industrial action or non-approval of visas, individual transport delays and transport disruption.
